I LOVE this dress. My boyfriend gave it to me for Christmas and it has already been one of my favorites to wear! The navy and black combo gives it an edgy yet sophisticated vibe while the pleated hem & peter pan collar add a touch of feminine flare. It is currently a steal ($26!) and runs true to size. It is finally feeling like winter here in Dallas so I paired it with opaque black tights (these are only $4) and my favorite ankle booties!
